Free Marketing Plan Cheat Sheet

Creating a solid nonprofit marketing plan can be an overwhelming process. You may not know where to start at all or after doing some research find that the process is too intimidating. I get it, I do. I know that you are already doing the work of at least three people and struggling to get it all done. Well, I am very happy to share a resource that I created just for you! This free marketing plan cheat sheet will help you simplify the whole process by only focusing on what is truly necessary. 

I will take you through setting your marketing goals, defining your audience, clarifying your message and then actually putting all of these into place. After downloading be sure to sit down with your team to answer all of the questions and make sure you have input from all key stakeholders. Once you have completed it you will be well on your way to having a successful marketing strategy. Be sure to check in every week or two to measure your progress and make any changes that might be needed.
